How long does it take to ship my order? When will I receive it?

What if my product arrives damaged?

If you can’t inspect it during delivery but suspect damage, write "suspect damage" on the receipt. For damaged items, please email photos to support@therobozone.com so we can process a replacement or arrange compensation.
