How long will it take for my order to ship and be delivered?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Average delivery time is 4–7 business days. Any exceptions or extended shipping times will be noted on the product page.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Change-of-mind returns subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Do you offer free returns?
If your product arrives defective or incorrect, you may return it for a replacement or refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in all cases.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes—if your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel for a full refund to your original payment method. Contact support@therobozone.com or +1 (888) 814-2007 right away. If it has shipped, our 30-day return policy applies.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If damage is visible, note it when signing (or write “suspect damage” if you can’t fully inspect). Email photos within 48 hours to support@therobozone.com and we’ll arrange a replacement or appropriate compensation.

How do I place an order?
Click Add to Cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your shipping/billing details to complete the purchase. Prefer to order by phone? Call +1 (888) 814-2007. You’ll receive an order confirmation email and a tracking email when your order ships.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
We’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can monitor delivery.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
