3. Return Eligibility
Customers in the United States have the right to return products within 30 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions.

Unused and Undamaged: Item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.

Original Packaging: Must be in original packaging with all labels/tags attached.

If approved, we will provide instructions and, when applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
4.2 Preparing Your Return

Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories/manuals.

Attach the provided return shipping label (if applicable).

6. Specific Return and Refund Conditions
6.1 Change of Mind Returns

Eligible within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.

Refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus a 25% restocking fee.
6.2 Defective or Damaged Goods

Notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

Provide photos or videos of the defect/damage.

We will offer a replacement or full refund once the item is returned at the customer’s expense.
6.3 Incorrect Product Received

Customers must return the product at their own expense. Once received, we will send the correct item at no additional cost
6.4 Order Never Arrived
