Return Conditions
- We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
- Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.
Return Process

- If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If returning due to customer remorse (e.g., changing your mind), you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
Return Method
- We only accept returns by mail—in-person returns are not available.
Return Labels
- If returning a damaged or defective item, contact us at support@therobozone.com to receive a return label via email. Simply download and print the label for use.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection via email.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

- Contact your credit card company—it may take time for the refund to be officially posted.

Damages & Issues
- Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@therobozone.com.
