Refunds & Returns Policy
At TheRoboZone, we want you to shop with confidence, which is why we've designed a straightforward return and refund process:

Return Time Frame:
- You can return items within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this period.

Shipping Costs:
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
- For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective or Damaged Products:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days. We’ll arrange the return at no cost to you. Once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll provide a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs you paid.

Change of Mind Returns:
- If you decide to return an item for personal reasons, ensure it is unused and in its original packaging. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund for the product’s cost, excluding the original shipping charges. Return shipping costs will also be the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you via email. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund.
- If you don’t see the refund within 10 business days after confirmation, please contact us at support@therobozone.com.
Restocking Fee:
- A restocking fee may apply in certain situations. If applicable, we’ll communicate this clearly during the return process.
