Customers in the United States have the right to return products within 30 days of receiving the order, subject to the following conditions.

3.1 Conditions for Return

  • Unused and Undamaged: Item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.

  • Original Packaging: Must be in original packaging with all labels/tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.

4.1 Initiating a Return

  • Provide order number and reason for return.

  • If approved, we will provide instructions and, when applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

4.2 Preparing Your Return

  • Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories/manuals.

  • Include the return authorization form.

  • Attach the provided return shipping label (if applicable).

4.3 Shipping the Return

  • Returns accepted by mail only.

  • Ship within 7 days of receiving return authorization using a trackable method.

6. Specific Return and Refund Conditions

6.1 Change of Mind Returns

  • Eligible within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus a 25% restocking fee.

6.2 Defective or Damaged Goods

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos or videos of the defect/damage.

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund once the item is returned.

6.3 Incorrect Product Received

  • Inform us immediately.

  • Customers must return the product at no cost to the customer, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once received, we will send the correct item at no additional cost

6.4 Order Never Arrived

  • Contact us if your product does not arrive within estimated delivery time.

  • If confirmed lost, we will issue a refund or replacement.

6.5 Order Cancellation

  • Before shipment: Full refund.

  • After shipment: Follow return procedure.

The following are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods

  • Intimate/sanitary goods (unless unopened/unused)

  • Gift cards & downloadable software

  • Refunds issued after inspection of returned item.

  • Notification of approval/rejection will be sent by email.

  • Refunds processed to original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • Up to 14 days for funds to appear depending on bank/card issuer.

9. Exchanges

  • Exchanges accepted only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Exchange is for the same product.

  • No costs to the customer for return shipping (covered by TheRoboZone)
