Price matches are not applicable for exchange orders or replacement items.

Return Time Frame: You can return items within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this period.
Shipping Costs: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Defective or Damaged Products: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days. We’ll arrange the return at no cost to you. Once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll provide a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs you paid.
Change of Mind Returns: If you decide to return an item for personal reasons, ensure it is unused and in its original packaging. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund for the product’s cost, excluding the original shipping charges. Return shipping costs will also be the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you via email. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund. If you don’t see the refund within 10 business days after confirmation, please contact us at support@therobozone.com.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply in certain situations. If applicable, we’ll communicate this clearly during the return process.
