How it works

  • Create a store account (free) using the same email you’ll order with.
  • Earn 3% back in points on the merchandise subtotal of eligible purchases (after discounts, before shipping & tax).
  • Points are added to your account after your order ships.
  • Redeem from the Rewards tab at the bottom-left of the site.

Conversion: Every $1 spent earns 3 points. 100 points = $1 off (3% back).

Example: A $1,000 eligible order earns 3,000 points = $30 off a future purchase.

Redeem your points

  • Click the Rewards tab at the bottom-left of any page.
  • Sign in to view your points balance.
  • Select a discount and generate your code.
  • Apply the code at checkout to redeem.

Minimum redemption: 500 points ($5).

Eligibility & exclusions

  • Points are earned on eligible merchandise subtotal only. Shipping, taxes, and fees do not earn points.
  • Gift cards are not eligible to earn points and cannot be purchased with points.
  • Some brands or products may be excluded due to manufacturer MAP policies or other restrictions.
  • Discount codes and points may not be combined on all items or promotions.
  • U.S. orders only (unless otherwise noted at checkout).

Returns & adjustments

  • If an order is returned, points earned on that order will be deducted from your balance.
  • If you redeemed points on a returned order, the redeemed amount is not issued as cash; eligible adjustments are returned as points per our policy.
  • Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and can only be redeemed on therobozone.com.

Expiration & program terms

Advertised prices on our site do not include potential rewards redemptions. RoboRewards discounts are available only when points are redeemed by eligible members at checkout.
