• The price match includes item cost, applicable taxes, and shipping charges.
• Price matches are not applicable for exchange orders or replacement items.

Return Time Frame:
You can return items within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this period.

Shipping Costs:
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective or Damaged Products:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days. We’ll arrange the return at no cost to you. Once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll provide a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs you paid.

Change of Mind Returns:
If you decide to return an item for personal reasons, ensure it is unused and in its original packaging. Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund for the product’s cost, excluding the original shipping charges. Return shipping costs will also be the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you via email. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee may apply in certain situations. If applicable, we’ll communicate this clearly during the return process.
