What is the Sublue Navbow+ underwater scooter's Safety Lock Mode?
The Safety Lock Mode prevents the Navbow+ from being inadvertantly turned on. It is activated using the SublueGo App. The screen will display the safety lock icon. To unlock your Navbow+, you must use the SublueGo App.
What is the function of the Sublue Navbow+ counterweight column?
The buoyancy of the Sublue Navbow+ will vary with depending on the water it is used in. lf you need to increase negative buoyancy and adjust your underwater scooter for optimal trim, you can use the included counterweights
How do I install the counterweight(s) on the Sublue Navbow+?
1. Install a counterweight. If only one is used, place it in the middle hole.
2. Completely submerge the Navbow+ in the water and ensure all air has been expelled.
3. Check whether your underwater scooter's buoyancy state is in the desired state. If not, continue to increase the number of counterweights until reaching your expectation.
How do I turn the Sublue Navbow+ ON?
Push and hold the multi-function switch for one (1) second. The OLED display will light up with the Sublue logo and enter the main interface.
How do I turn the Sublue Navbow+ OFF?
Push and hold the multi-function switch for three (3) seconds. Your underwater scooter is OFF when the OLED display turns off.
What is the difference between the Sublue Navbow+ and the Navbow?
There are a few differences between the two.
1. The Navbow+ comes with the Sublue Navbow Rapid Charger for charging batteries in under two (2) hours, whereas the Sublue Navbow comes with a standard charger.
2. The Navbow+ is fundamentally the same as the Navbow but also features a built-in temperature sensor, depth sensor, and a digital compass, allowing for monitoring of conditions via the OLED display.
3. The Navbow+ comes in a sleek Phantom Grey & Gold or Flame Orange & Gold, while the Navbow comes in the colors of Active Green and Flame Red.
Can I take the Sublue Navbow+ underwater scooter on a plane?
The standard battery is 158Wh. In accordance with lCA0, and relevant airport regulations, we suggest consulting with your airline(s) before taking your underwater scooter and battery on board.
lf you want to travel with your Navbow+, it can also be used with the Sublue WhiteShark Tini 98Wh Battery. For traveling with the 98Wh battery, you would remove the battery and carry it on when boarding. Each person can generally carry up to two (2) batteries on a plane.
What happens if I accidentally lose grip of my Sublue Navbow+?
The Navbow+ is positively bouyant in the water and will float unless the counterweights or other external devices are added. We always recommended using the anti-loss safety leash to prevent loss when using your underwater scooter.
What happens if debris gets into the Sublue Navbow+ propellers?
If debris enters into the propellers, the Navbow+ underwater scooter will automatically stop due to its overload protections.
To remove the debris, turn the device off, remove the battery, take out the propeller, and clean as needed.
How can I extend the Sublue Navbow+ battery life?
1. Take out the battery and store it separately when the power level is 30 - 60%
2. Do not charge the battery below 0°C or 32°F
3. During transportation, keep the battery at about 30%
4. If you are stowing your battery for an extended period of time, it is recommended to dry your battery, coat the electrode contacts with petroleum jelly, and check the battery and charge it at least every three (3) months to prevent overdischarging.
