How do I turn the Sublue WhiteShark MixPro OFF?
The Sublue WhiteShark MixPro underwater scooter turns off two (2) ways.
1. It shuts down automatically after ten (10) minutes of inactivity. and the LED lights will also turn off automatically.
2. If you remove the battery, it shuts down.
*In both cases, you can confirm it is off when the LED lights are off.
What's the difference between the Sublue WhiteShark Mix and the MixPro?
There are a few differences between the two.
1. The WhiteShark MixPro has two speed settings with a quicker top speed whereas the Mix only has one speed setting.
2. The WhiteShark MixPro comes with everything the Mix comes with plus the Sublue Rapid Charger and a waterproof mobile phone case mount.

Is it normal for the WhiteShark MixPro's charger to be hot when charging?
Yes, this is normal. When charging any battery, it is recommended not to cover the battery or charger to prevent overheating.
What if I accidentally lose grip of my Sublue WhiteShark MixPro underwater scooter?
In the event you lose your grip, your MixPro underwater scooter will automatically shut off and float to the surface when the floater is attached. If you do not have the floater attached, you should still have the safety leash attached.
According to varying usage conditions, we recommend the following measures:

2. Always operate with a safety leash to prevent loss.
